How much do you spend finding and recruiting drivers?
Driver recruitment and training can be expensive.
Across the EU, the average cost for training and licensing a professional driver is €5000.
Using a recruitment agency can cost between 10% to 35% of the annual driver salary. In 2025, the average annual salary for a driver in the EU is €34,000.
Onboarding costs, including orientation, admin processing, and initial productivity losses, can range from €5000 to €9000 per driver.
Altogether, costs can be as high as €31,000.
Using The One Driver program could save you €20,000 per driver.
However, fairness is fundamental.
The program is designed to be fair to employers and professional drivers.
Drivers must work to a high standard for the employer.
Employers must provide fair pay and working conditions for the driver.
This is a core value of The One Driver program.

Together with our partners, we aim to provide you with tested, qualified professional drivers.
We focus on the skills needed for European life; not just technical ability. This means you can be confident that drivers are better prepared.
We support you with driver integration, to help them feel part of your team.
